HOW TO WEAR

Hold the top of support using both hands, one on each side. Insert foot into support and pull up to the knee. Position knee cap under lighter color knit of the support. 

Sizing Chart: Measure around the knee joint.

Small - 28.6-33.7cm - (11 1/4-13 1/4")

Medium ---- 33.7-40.6cm - (13 1/4-16") 

Large - 40.6-47.6cm - (16-18 3/4") 

X-Large --- 47.6-55.2cm - (19 3/4-21 3/4")
