Instruction of use:

Open the straps & put the foot through the brace.

Put the heel inside the designed heel area.

Close the straps after adjusting the brace to the desired compression.

When to use:

If there are swelling and pain in the ankle.

If there is an ankle sprain.

Don't use if allergic to rubber latex. 

Don't wear if heat generating ointments have been applied
